Who need wellness training and workshops?
Nearly anyone can use some training in handling stress and reducing anxiety from time to time. And, since kids don’t come with instructions, we feel that most parents could also gain insight from parenting courses. Additionally, you’ll find that in many cases our workshops are either available at no cost, or you may be eligible for full coverage, so you get the help you need without having to pay a fortune.
